Hi! I'm Stella
James Sullivan has been athletic all his life and forever had a passion for fitness and exercise. She started out as a personal trainer when he was in his early twenties and is one of the best trainers in the country today. After teaching at a number of gyms and fitness studios around the country, James joined us as it was much closer to his home and he could maintain a regular schedule. James is an inspiration to our members and continues to train our members and teach classes brilliantly.
